Show of Hands Festival – here called “SoHFest” – is concerned about the protection of personal data, and undertakes to ensure the best level of protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.

Who is responsible for your personal data and how do we collect it?

SoHFest controls the personal data that you submit to us or official third party contractors (such as the Ticket Sales platform) while making payments to purchase SoHFest tickets, badges or merchandizes, communicating with us via email, filling forms on our website, phone or social media platforms, and SoHFest is responsible for it in accordance with the personal data law.

Where is your personal data stored?

The information collected is recorded under your consent to contact and inform you, in a file computerized by SoHFest or SoHFest‘s third party IT Vendors.

What types of personal data do we collect?

The personal data that you transmit to us includes, among other things, your contact details: first name, last name, telephone, e-mail, address, city, postal code, country. In addition, SoHFest also keeps certain payment data related to your purchases at SoHFest.
On request and depending on any technical constraint(s), your data may be deleted (or at least anonymised).

Who has access to your personal data?

The data collected is exclusively intended for SoHFest and its activities within SoHFest Oragnization and SoHFest’s co-promoters or event partners that organise or provide the specific services at an event. They can be imported with the companies – subcontractors – to which SoHFest calls in the context of the execution of the services and orders, in particular management, execution, processing and payment.
No marketing of this information is carried out.
