A single musician on stage is never alone. Alongside the performer there is always a space, with its acoustic properties, sound and reflections, and there is always a listener, with a unique set of experiences, moods and expectations, all resonating in their own way with the music. I strongly feel that the emotional impact of any music at any moment in any space is a result of a fine-tuned interplay between these and many more unpredictable and uncontrollable parameters.
